At Trend Doek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stylish pants, skirts, shorts, T-shirts, and swimwear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear (Zwempakken) with removed hygiene liners or tags cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other swimwear must be returned with original hygiene protection intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Step 2: Wait for Return Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • For exchanges: confirmation of product availability

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please pack your return securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your financial institution may take additional 3-10 business days to post the credit to your account

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to the original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

If you’re exchanging an item:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Once we receive your return, we will ship your replacement item
  3. You will receive tracking information for your new item

International Returns

As we ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian countries and remote areas), international customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or taxes associated with the return
  • Ensuring the package is properly labeled for customs as “Returned Goods”

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
  2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  3. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
